Evaluation
A detail evaluation is conducted to determine what repairs to walls, ceiling and trim are necessary for your home.  I will determine what paint is best for the project. The amount of items that need to be moved is also taken into consideration.   

Preparation
All flooring will be covered with drop clothes to protect these areas from spillage. Sanding to remove rough surfaces and smooth the areas to be painted. Holes will be filled and any minor drywall repair will be done. Caulking where necessary.

Application of Paint
Once your home has been prepped and inspected by me, the application of paint will begin.  At this time you will need to make a decision on colors. Colors Painting uses Benjamin Moore or California Paint products. However we will use any paint requested by you!

Inspection
Inspecting your home during the entire process is extremely important.I've inspected your home today so that I can prepare an accurate estimate. Ill inspect you home prior to any paint being applied to the substrate. We’ll inspect your home upon completion.  The painting crew chief will be present during the last 2 phases.

Insurance
Colors Painting carries $300,000 of liability insurance.  This will cover any damage to property that may occur during the job. I also have coverage in the amount of $100,000 worker compensation insurance.  This covers you and I if anyone is injured during the job. You will be given a copy of my insurance with the estimate.

Painting Crews
All paint crews work exclusively for Colors Painting.All crew chiefs must have a minimal of 5 years painting experience and must remain on the job from start to finish.All crews must maintain their own insurance coverage. To get insurance, the crew chief must be background checked.

Warranty
Colors Painting is provide a 5-year workmanship warranty.This warranty is for the home and may be transferred in case of sale. Benjamin Moore warranties all its paint for a minimum of 20 years against cracking, peeling or chipping.
